Nutrition is not the only thing that deeply influences our biochemistry, and ultimately, our quality of life—our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors also play a huge role in our health.  With my background in Health Psychology and as a Certified Fitness Trainer, I’ll also help you make the internal shifts that contribute to your well-being.  Combined with PsychoEmotional healing, deeper transformation is possible—those old limiting beliefs and unconscious programs may come up for revision or release in the process. 


I’ll work with you to make small, do-able shifts that add up to big changes.


Most of us have some resistance to change.  That’s because it’s a lot easier to keep doing whatever we’re doing, until it gets too painful.  But you don’t have to wait for the breaking point to come— we’ll work together to clarify your goals and make achievable plans to meet them, whether you are ready for small steps or big leaps.

That’s why, in 2007, I apprenticed with an expert in muscle testing and became certified in Wholistic Kinesiology®.  Muscle testing is a non-invasive, simple way to access your body’s own wisdom to get real, relevant information about what’s working and what’s not, and best of all, pinpoint exactly what your body needs to heal.  I’ll show you a little bit about how it works in the video below. 


I use Wholistic Kinesiology muscle testing to identify food intolerances (these are more subtle than allergies, which are pretty obvious to those who have them).  Food tolerance testing  empowers my clients with information from their own bodies about which foods work well for them, and which ones don’t.  Even “healthy” foods are not optimal for everyone, and with the ever-changing information about nutrition in the media, it can be hard to figure out what to actually eat.
