Licensed Psychologist

Integrative Psychotherapy Services
I am a licensed psychologist offering individual psychotherapy to adults, both in person and through HIPAA-compliant telehealth. My work is centered on helping people who feel the mental, emotional, and physical effects of chronic stress or unresolved experiences reconnect with their natural vitality and capacity for healing.
Flexible Sessions
I don’t subscribe to the “50-minute hour."
I do believe in giving you the time and attention you need to reach a natural point of conclusion for each session. I schedule a limited number of clients on any given day, to allow for flexibility in the time you may need to adequately address what we’re working on. Most people plan for 60-90 minutes, although some need more or less time. I always respect your time and budget, and I’m happy to work within a set time frame when needed.
Personalized Care
There is no single “right” length of therapy. Some clients seek short-term support for a specific concern, while others engage in longer-term psychotherapy. Many move in and out of therapy over time as new phases of growth arise. The 90-minute session format preferred by many people often means that clients can accomplish more in one session, allowing us to meet every other week or even less frequently. We'll collaborate to set your goals for therapy, and will regularly evaluate how our time together can best support your needs.
Healing by Design
Research shows that physical environments influence stress, attention, and emotional regulation in meaningful ways, and my office space has been designed with healing in mind. Clients arriving for in-person therapy sessions enter through a Japanese-inspired desert garden into a spacious, thoughtfully designed interior created for comfort and focus. Organic materials, views of the outdoors, and intentional simplicity contribute to a calm, grounded setting that naturally supports our therapeutic work.
Telehealth Options
In addition to being licensed in Arizona, I have been granted Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT®), which allows me to provide telehealth services to clients residing in most U.S. states. HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions through a secure, encrypted platform are designed to protect your privacy and confidentiality while offering you convenience and the same level of care, presence, and effectiveness as in-person sessions.
